In August 2008, house prices reached a record high. By June 2013 they fell almost 30%. Since then, the prices have been moving steadily upwards. House prices are currently almost at their historical peak, and still rising.

The Hague, a city of half a million inhabitants, is the seat of the Dutch government, parliament, the supreme court, and the Council of State. We focus our attention on the neighborhood of Segbroek and its surrounding area.

Segbroek is located some 7-minute bicycle ride from the city center and a 7-minute ride to the beach. It has public gardens, small boutique shops, and advanced public transportation - all these make this neighborhood attractive for young couples and families.
